How to set Appointment for Passport Online - DFA

 STEP 1: Go to this link to set an appointment https://www.passport.gov.ph/appointment

 STEP 2: Read the "Terms and Conditions" then Put a check mark on the box indicated below and click on either"Start Individual Appointment"(1 applicant) or "Start Group Appointment"(group applicant.

 STEP 3:Specify the site where you cant to process your passport, click on drop down arrow in "Site" field. Then click "Next"

 

 STEP 4:Select the desired date when you want to visit/process your passport (Green means with available slot, while Red dates means full slots) then click "Next"

 

 STEP 5: fill up all the Personal Information asked by the system. ( * means it required ) then click "Next" Note: Please use a valid email address( GMAIL OR YAHOO). The system will sent you a Reference/Verification Code that needS to confirm your online appointment application.

 

STEP 6: fill up all the Family Information asked by the system. ( * means it required ) then click "Next"

 

STEP 7: Select your application type(New, Renew) and Basis of Philippine Citizenship (Birth.Voters ID, Marriage Cert etc.) then click next

STEP 8:fill up all the ContactInformation asked by the system. ( * means it required ) then click "Next"

STEP 9:  Check "Im not a robot" box and in the red box, then click "Confirm"

STEP 10:  go to your email that you provided during STEP 5 process, then open the email confirmation and click the link that provided.
